Service Description

This is open to experienced grapplers age 14+, regardless of fitness level. Control your opponent with leverage, momentum, balance, center of gravity, and weight shifts. Improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness. These sessions focus on sparring as opposed to instruction. Not appropriate for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

Class bookings can be modified online through the Members/Login button. There is no charge for sessions canceled at least 30 minutes ahead. Cancellations less than 30 minutes before start time will be charged the full rate. No refund or credit will be given for sessions missed without prior notice.
