Service Description
This class is open to anyone age 14+, regardless of experience or fitness level. Enjoy our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu curriculum without the traditional uniform (often called a gi, or kimono). Control your opponent with leverage, momentum, balance, center of gravity, and weight shifts. Improve coordination, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness. Learn to modify your positions to control your opponent without gripping their collar, sleeves, or pants.

Cancellation Policy
Class bookings can be modified online through the Members/Login button. There is no charge for sessions canceled at least 30 minutes ahead. Cancellations less than 30 minutes before start time will be charged the full rate. No refund or credit will be given for sessions missed without prior notice.
