Book a session just for yourself, to focus on your specific goals. Want to share the experience with a select group? Private group training is available on request.

Cancellation Policy

Private sessions can be modified online through the Members/Login button. There is no charge for sessions canceled at least 12 hours ahead. Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged the full rate. No refund or credit will be given for sessions missed without prior notice.
